- We do not specifiy “morning” or “afternoon” visits – if we agree a time, we’ll be there at that time
- We can book early morning, evening and weekend appointments

- We provide a Summary of Work as standard for every job
- We provide documentation for any solution that we install
- We’re not sponsored – if we recommend a product it’s because we believe it’s the right product for you, not because we’re being paid to promote it
