We believe in being up front and honest about our rates, with no
hidden charges or call out fees so that you can be sure how much

Engineer's Time
Our engineers believe in providing a great service at an honest price and to this end, we charge per half hour, with a minimum one hour charge. We try to provide time estimates wherever possible and we work hard to stick to these - and always keep you informed during any work so that you're not left with an unexpected bill at the end.
Expenses
To cover the cost of traveling, we charge a small amount for expenses at the HMRC rate of 45 pence per mile travelled by car, or the face-value of any tickets purchased. If you would like to know how much the expenses total would be for you, simply contact us and we will be happy to help you.
VAT
Collective Technology is a VAT registered company under registration number GB 826658006. Because of this, we are required to charge VAT at the standard rate of 20% on all our work, including expenses. As normal course, we provide VAT invoices for all our work.
