Engineer's Time
A “Half Day” is termed as being 3.5 hours of work and a “Full Day” is termed as being 7 hours work. Work will be carried out between the hours of 9:30 and 5:30, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise agreed.
We do not usually charge per hour unless agreed beforehand, in which case time is charged per half hour.
For larger jobs we are happy to provide a job-cost, including a discount.
Out of hours rates are by agreement.
Expenses
Collective Technology will bill for expenses incurred during the course of the work. This includes food, drink, travel and accommodation. If required, daily limits can be set prior to the work commencing and a full expense report can be included with the invoice.
VAT
Collective Technology is a VAT registered company under registration number GB 826658006. Because of this, we are required to charge VAT at the standard rate of 20% on all our work, including expenses. As normal course, we provide VAT invoices for all our work.
